Personally i think bad ram is more likely... Looks like it's my power supply. There is no other word for it. Hmmmm......BSOD, random freezes, MemTest with no errors, cant reinstall, up to date drivers... http://arstechnica.com/civis/viewtopic.php?t=1229799
