I hung up on them and called the number and the same guys answered. You level up. However, apparently these people con people into giving them control of their PC's so that they can infect them and/or charge them for "technical support". One time I did that and I could hear the guy type in google to find that out.
I just wanted to see for myself how the scam was conducted and learn more about it. this is a new computer so i also did a factory reset to hopefully disconnect the technician.
