Computer Running Slow After Uninstalling Java&Netbeans

Could someone please kindly help me get this virus off my computer permenantly and along with some other viruses that may be on this computer?Btw I'm very newbie at this stuff I have a lot of important files and settings on D: so I would prefer not to reformat it. Is this due to not having these updates?
