You cannot expect these websites to be down and it happens very rarely.

A DNS server is a server that provides the translation of WWW.sitename.type into the 4 octet address IP4V internet understands. If so you can disable it. ill get right on the other test you requested soon as I can. get redirected here Reboot and see what happens.

If not, uninstall and then check if you can go online. Tap on the Wi-Fi that you originally connect to 3. Open back up cmd and run ipconfig/release, renew, /flushdns, /registerdns nothing changes after running these commands still no connection. If not I think your only option is to call your cable provided.
