I tried moving the boot flag to vista using diskpart, computer management and the gparted live cd. So I'm guessing I'll install the new HD where the additional burner could go.Here's my question, and it might be a silly one, so here goes.... You know how to burn a LiveCD, LiveDVD or LiveUSB from within Windows 8.
This happens a lot on many laptops that come with 4 pre-created primary partitions. I'm thinking no because you're defaulting at the startup screen and then selecting the drive of choice? I do have experience with dual booting, but it has been a while since I have set one up. Native Boot is just the act of creating a virtual hard drive file, and tricking your computer into thinking it's a real hard drive. and the way I did it since dual booting Ubuntu with Vista (because everyone was pissed with Vista back then... Your system has UEFI activated (And can not be disabled) with Secure Boot.
