To see if this is your problem, take your PC cover off and look at the mother board. I was downloading something and doing a virus scan at same time and BOOM! yes its a virus but there are also free good programs that can get rid of the problem.Avira rescue cd, kaspersky rescue cd, malwarebytes, running antivirus with a linux cd, there There are many harmful and malicious sites on the internet.
