Sometimes it takes up to 2 minutes which then results in constant freezing once it's started. I made a post way back in W8.1 about this --method still works - no reg hacks, XAML knowledge etc... I still had issues that were unrelated too so I emptied out Firefox and started over with add-ons and plug-ins. So I would appreciate a professional's advice on what to do. have a peek here
