Can't Get Past Starting Windows 10 Screen
after i reboot, i get a system network error right after i select the name i wanted to get on xp with. Upon selecting the profile (there was only one) the machine would flash the desktop (no icons) and then return to the Welcome screen saying "Saving settings . . ." and then I held the powe button to turn it off and now when i turn it on, it only goes to the windows logo and no farther. It shows the desktop but with no icons, then goes to "Welcome" screen and then shows the user accounts. (Which is unusual as the pc does not usually require login). I was unable to fix it so I had to hit alt+F10 during bootup so I could reset my computer. I know its stupid but I never shut my laptop down, I always hibernate it, which is what I did after many attempts to reconnect. Was a royal pain in the butt to get it fixed but alas like my wifes pregnancy the destination was definitely more enjoyable than the journey.
