Thanks ! The only difference btw the "theme" I was using was the background, but I was like, what the heck, let's see what it does. The Desktop Windows Manager uses a nominal amount of memory so I wouldn't recommend any drastic action against the process just to save a few K of memory especially considering there are Dwm.exe Error Sometimes causes certain programs to flicker "Not Responding".

It can be due to running heavy apps on your desktop or your desktop have lots of heavy junk files which is consuming lots of memory.
